Shipping policy

How shipping works at Endless Vibe

We don't mass-stock inventory. Every piece is curated to order — when you check out, we source your item from our trusted vendors, quality-check it by hand, and then ship it to you.

Sourcing + quality check: up to 15 business days
Shipping to you: 3–5 business days once it leaves us (we ship within 2 business days of your piece arriving)
Total delivery estimate: approximately 4 weeks from your order date. Shipments from our vendors can occasionally be held in customs — if that happens, we'll keep you posted.

Which items does this apply to? Our curated-to-order process currently applies to selected items as we transition our full catalog. Items we have in stock ship within 2 business days and arrive in 3–5 business days.

You'll receive tracking as soon as your order is on its way. Because each piece is sourced just for you, please double-check sizing before ordering.

Once packages are received by carrier, we are no longer responsible for the package. The carrier is then, responsible and any other questions or concerns should be through them.

Lost or Stolen Packages 

If you believe that your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping courier first and send us an email to advise.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Shipment Tracking 

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail.
