Shipping Policy

Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. Unless specified as a preorder. 

To ensure swift shipping, please be sure to include apartment and/or suite number, if applicable.

Once packages are received by carrier, we are no longer responsible for the package. The carrier is then, responsible and any other questions or concerns should be through them.

Lost or Stolen Packages 

If you believe that your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping courier first and send us an email to advise.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Shipment Tracking 

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 3-5 days if item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
